Staying Safe On-Site: High-Vis Required

If you need to enter any area beyond reception, you will be required to wear a high-visibility jacket. You’re welcome to bring your own, or you can hire one on-site for £5, which will be fully refunded upon return.

Visitors without a high-vis must remain in the waiting area.

Understanding Our Vehicle Collection Time Slots

To keep collections running smoothly across multiple locations each day, we offer morning or afternoon time slots rather than set collection times.

While we’re happy to note requests, we can’t guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, travel routes, and the nature of our work.

A driver will always call around an hour before arriving, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference where possible.

However, if you’re not available at the time of collection and haven’t informed us in advance, this will affect the price you’re offered, as missed appointments result in lost time and resources.
