You will be told this when being booked in but can use this as a reference.
Our drivers will ring you 30 minutes to 1 hour before collection to let you know they are on their way.Â
This allows you enough time to get prepared with any requirements documents.
You will also recieve a confirmation text and email of when your vehicle is due to be picked up
If you’re at work or out of town, we can still have your vehicle collected.
As you, the registered keeper, is not present, we will need some valid photo ID from someone you can trust.
They will have to be present at the location of the vehicle to handle collection with transport.
If your vehicle is in a particularly difficult area to reach we recommend you notify us prior to collection.
This is due to the fact we may need to contact our transport team for special vehicle arrangements.
We will have explained this but if anything does change, please let us know beforehand.
Yes, we can collect a range of abandoned and nuisance vehicles.
We do advise however you need to get in touch with your local council and ensure this has been reported with sufficient notice given.
It’s important to note that we can only provide a free collection for abandoned/nuisance vehicles and can not offer you a price, as you’re not the legal owner.
No, unfortunately, you can’t drop off your vehicle at our partner’s sites.
Although, as standard, we offer a fast and free scrap car collection service in most areas nationwide.Â
Why drop it off when we collect?! We will pick up your vehicle from any location at a time that suits you, completely free of charge.
On the day of collection, please have the following to hand:
Valid Photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence.
Your V5C, which our driver can help you fill out.
Keys to the vehicle
If you can’t find the log book don’t worry, as long as you have the keys and Photo ID we can still scrap the vehicle for you.
