The Rossendale Business Awards are proudly organised by Valley at Work.

This annual event celebrates businesses across Rossendale for their achievements, innovative products and dynamic teams.

Based in Accrington, Scrap Local was honoured to be recognised as a local business whose services make Rossendale a great place to live, work and visit.

Scrap Local’s Award Highlights

The Rossendale Business Awards will go down as a night to remember for Scrap Local’s diligent team.

We were finalists for several categories including the Creative Business Award, the Made in Rossendale Award and, of course, the Service Business Award.

Local companies from different work sectors were there to celebrate their successes and it was amazing to meet with so many hardworking, talented entrepreneurs from Rossendale.

We’re still thrilled to have won the Service Business Award and to be recognised for the steps we have taken to effortlessly connect producers of scrap metal waste and end of life vehicles with trusted scrap yards locally.

Scrap Local was even awarded the highly commended certificate for the Creative Business Award!
